A recovery fee. No monthly subscription.
Commerce Recovery’s software fee is 20% of successfully recovered payments, handled through your existing Shopify app billing. Connecting the website does not add a second subscription or billing agreement.

£100 recovered.
£20 software fee.
If a customer makes a verified £100 recovery payment, a 20% software fee is £20. This is an example, not a recovery result or a promise.
Payment processing fees, applicable taxes and refund adjustments are separate. The fee terms shown in your installed Shopify app remain the terms for your store.
A few useful details.
Is the fee based on the original chargeback value?
The software fee is based on successfully recovered payments. A synced chargeback total is a review figure; it is not confirmed recovery or a prediction of what you will collect.
Where does the customer pay?
Customers pay through your merchant Shopify checkout. Commerce Recovery does not hold the customer’s funds. Review the actual payment record before treating a case as recovered.
Does connecting the website start another subscription?
No. The website uses your installed app’s shared recovery records and existing Shopify app billing. It does not create a second billing agreement when you connect.
Will connecting immediately send payment requests?
No. Connecting and syncing let you review your records. Customer messages and payment requests require your explicit approval for the individual case.
What if a case should not be pursued?
Review delivery, returns, refunds and the customer’s concerns first. Exclude or stop cases that should not move forward. Recovery is not guaranteed, and the software does not reverse the issuer’s dispute decision.
