COMREC LLC · UNITED STATES · 7 OCTOBER 2026

A workspace you control.

These terms govern the standalone Commerce Recovery website and early merchant workspace provided by ComRec LLC, United States. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business and confirm that you are authorized to do so. Questions: hello@commercerecovery.com.

Current availability: Google account access, a private case workspace, manual imports, and notes. Live provider connections, customer communications, payment collection, and merchant billing are not enabled.

Your account

You must be an adult authorized to act for your business. Keep your Google account secure, provide accurate information, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Each account has its own workspace; multi-user team access is not included in this release.

Case information and merchant decisions

You are responsible for the accuracy of imported records and for having permission to process them. Imported cases remain unverified. A delivered order or lost chargeback alone does not establish an enforceable debt. Before any future payment request, the merchant must review refunds, returns, the original dispute, applicable rules, and the customer’s circumstances. The workspace does not provide legal advice or reverse a bank’s decision.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful demands, harassment, misleading claims, unauthorized access, or uploading information you have no right to process. Do not upload payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal data. We may restrict access to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law.

Fees and payments

Using the current standalone workspace does not create a subscription charge, success fee, or authority to debit your bank account. A proposed future recovery fee is 20% of confirmed recovered principal. Any paid recovery service will require separate disclosed fee terms and your affirmative agreement, including applicable processing fees, taxes, refunds, and adjustments. Customer payments are intended to go to the merchant through supported merchant payment methods. No standalone payment collection is currently active. The Shopify app is governed by its separate installation and billing terms.

Early release limitations

Features may change, and planned integrations are not promises of availability. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, recovery, or that a new payment will not be refunded or disputed. Keep your own copies of important source records. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy and account closure

Our privacy notice explains how account and case information is handled. You can stop using the service at any time and request an export or account deletion by emailing hello@commercerecovery.com from your account email. We verify requests before closing a workspace.

Changes and support

We will identify material changes to these terms and obtain any agreement needed before activating paid services or new payment authority. If you have a concern about the workspace, contact hello@commercerecovery.com so we can investigate.
