From sign-in to your first review.
Use your own website account and Shopify installation. Your store’s cases stay separate from every other merchant.
1. Create your workspace
Sign in with Google or request a sign-in link by email. Use the same website account each time you return. Your account is created as you sign in.
Create your workspace2. Install and connect Shopify
Choose your store in Shopify and install or open Chargeback Recovery. No store URL to remember. Select Open website workspace in the app, then confirm access to your signed-in workspace.
Complete the app’s business details and billing setup in Shopify. No new fee agreement is accepted by connecting the website.
3. See your lost chargebacks
Sync Shopify Payments chargebacks in the installed app. Overview shows their total disputed value. Select Show chargebacks to browse To review, Prepared, Submitted and Excluded, using the app’s shared records. Check the customer, delivery, refunds, returns and remaining balance. A lost dispute alone does not prove a payment is owed.
Open your chargebacks4. Choose what happens next
For an enabled store, Review, Messages and Payment use the same case history as the Shopify app. Preview the exact recipient and message, complete the confirmations and approve the individual request. You can inspect replies and payment records or stop the shared case here.
Customer payments go through your merchant checkout. A customer report or browser return never marks a case paid.
Connecting, importing and reviewing do not send a customer message or create a payment request. Never share passwords, secret keys or full card details.
